Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and stocking.
• Analyze sales, labor, and inventory to meet margin and sales goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Create schedules and assist with inventory orders when GM is absent.
