Job summary

Carl’s Jr Restaurants, LLC in Los Angeles County seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while aligning with the company vision.

You will complete a 4–6 week onboarding at a corporate-operated restaurant before returning to your home store in the Glendale or Sun Valley area, with assignment based on staffing needs and business requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant operations experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in directing daily restaurant operations.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve results.
• Manage labor and food cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest service quality and resolve issues.
• Prepare schedules and supervise inventory; assist when GM is absent.
