Job summary

Carl's Jr Restaurants, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in directing daily operations. You will help maintain brand standards, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while focusing on People, Customer, Sales and Profit.

This role requires flexibility, leadership, and effective communication across all restaurant operations. The AGM will assist with scheduling, inventory, and training, while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in directing daily restaurant operations and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Support scheduling, inventory, and training to build high performing teams.
• Coach staff to meet customer service standards and drive profitability.
• Ensure food safety and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Travel between company locations as needed to support operations.
