Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in directing daily restaurant operations.
• Support GM in staff training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Monitor customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory orders and cost controls.
• Collaborate with GM on sales and profitability targets.
• Travel between company locations as needed to support operations.
