Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• May be required to travel to other locations, e.g., assist in other restaurants, bank, meetings as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Model CKE Core Values and support GM in selecting, training, coaching top talent.
• Ensure adherence to company standards for product prep, customer service, facilities, and financials.
• Monitor and train staff across shifts on all job duties including service and food prep.
• Schedule supervision, inventory ordering, and ensure food safety standards are met.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables; take actions to meet margin and sales targets.
• Communicate effectively with team members, guests, vendors, and visitors.
