Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Pooler, GA is seeking an energetic restaurant leader to oversee shifts, coach teams, and uphold our service standards.

You will partner with the GM to drive flawless execution, manage staffing, safety, and costs, and lead initiatives that boost guest satisfaction and community presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Desire to advance to General Manager and earn it.
• Coachable and able to develop others.
• Organized, candid, and calm under pressure.
• Strives for a memorable guest experience every shift.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to ensure flawless shift execution.
• Coach team on food quality, service, safety, and sanitation.
• Ensure systems, standards, inventory, and cost controls.
• Assist with financial performance and initiatives.
• Interview and staff at appropriate levels.
• Respond to guest feedback and turn recovery into fans.
• Leverage catering team to grow community and sales.
• Maintain clean, stocked operation from smoker to front door.
