Jim 'N Nick's in Pooler, GA is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage operations with energy and a people-first mindset. You will partner with the GM to execute shifts, coach staff, and uphold standards across food quality, service, and safety.

• GM: $80k - $95k + Monthly Car Allowance
• AGM / Chef: $75k to $85k

Must meet the plan's eligibility requirements

In the Pit

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and dining room. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
