Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q seeks an accomplished General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service team. You will recruit, coach, and develop top talent while driving guest satisfaction and year-over-year growth in a fast-paced setting.

Expect strong focus on cost control, quality, and community connection, with a competitive compensation package including bonus potential and benefits. This hands-on leadership role reports to DEFCON1MGMT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant general manager level experience.
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen with a focus on year-over-year growth, cost management, and guest metrics.
• Clear, candid communicator with guests, team members, and leadership alike.
• You trust people first and you work right every day to keep that trust.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
