Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a dynamic restaurant leader to run the shift and shape the next generation of managers. You will partner with the GM to flawlessly execute every detail, every shift, by every team member, guiding food quality, service standards, safety, and sanitation while controlling inventory and costs.

You bring 5+ years of full-service restaurant management, a coach-first mindset, organized and calm under pressure, and a drive to advance to General Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Coach-first leadership style that develops the team.
• Organized, candid, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to ensure flawless execution of every detail, every shift, by every team member
• Provide direction, coaching, and development on food quality, service standards, safety, and sanitation
• Ensure consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory, and cost controls
• Partner with the GM on financial performance, action plans, and new company initiatives
• Interview and help select team members, keeping staffing at the right levels with the right people
• Respond to guest feedback with urgency and turn every recovery into a raving fan
• Leverage the catering team to deepen community roots and build sales
• Keep the operation clean, stocked, and ready, from the smoker to the front door
