• Motivate and coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to deliver fast, friendly guest service.
• Direct the team in efficient food prep and service, upholding brand standards and speed-of-service targets.
• Assist the RGM in daily operations and handle duties of a Shift Coordinator when needed.
