Job summary

Burger King Avondale, PA seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily restaurant operations and drive profitability. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, manage a team of 20–45, and ensure high standards of guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The AGM will supervise Shift Coordinators and Team Members, monitor inventory, uphold cash controls, and coach staff to improve performance and service speed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability influence.

Responsibilities

• Act as operations leader focused on profitability, guest service, people development and operations management.
• Support RGM in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Directly supervise Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members (20–45 employees).
• Maintain inventory through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and manage orders.
• Enforce cash control, security procedures, and asset protection.
