Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability initiatives by managing inventory and costs.
• Motivate and direct team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise restaurant performance.
• Direct operations for prompt, accurate product prep and service within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Uphold operational and brand standards and perform Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
