Job summary

Responsibilities

• Profitability: manages inventory costs and cash control procedures to protect profitability.
• Guest: motivates team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• People: coaches Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Operations: directs efficient preparation and sale of products within speed-of-service guidelines.
