Qualifications

• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure brand standards.
• Manage inventory and vendor relations; monitor security and cash procedures.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to improve performance.
• Perform Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
• Support the RGM in implementing P&L decisions.
