Job summary

Burger King in Weston, WV is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and develop team members. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, manage a team of hourly staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume quick-service setting.

The AGM will monitor inventory, implement cash controls, and uphold brand standards while coaching staff to improve service speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two (2) years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Directs profitability by managing inventory costs and cash controls, ensuring accurate orders and proper asset maintenance.
• Guides guest service to meet or exceed expectations with fast, friendly service in a clean restaurant.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Shift Coordinators and Team Members to improve performance and operations.
• Oversees efficient preparation and sale of products within speed-of-service guidelines and brand standards.
• Fills in as Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed.
