Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability by managing the restaurant P&L and driving financial performance.
• Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to build an effective restaurant team.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and brand standards.
• Oversee scheduling and labor optimization to maintain staffing levels.
• Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator as needed.
