Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Product Manager to own the Responsible AI evaluation framework and AI disclosure standards, coordinating with Legal, Privacy, and engineering teams. You will drive vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure fair, safe and transparent AI systems.

Responsibilities include market research, backlog governance, and coordinating cross-functional releases with stakeholders to deliver timely, high‑quality AI products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in related work experience.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years in related work experience.
• STEM fields include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a hands-on technical role writing production code or similar.
• 5+ years in Product Management in an agile software environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Responsible AI evaluation framework and program and the AI disclosure standard.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities using data analysis and feedback.
• Translate strategy into features and user stories; manage backlog for Agile teams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy and design authority to coordinate releases.
• Monitor production performance, address defects, and close evaluation findings.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
