Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Product Manager for Responsible AI evaluation and AI transparency standards. You will own product lifecycle, from vision to release, working with Legal, Privacy and engineering to ensure fair, safe and transparent AI.

Responsibilities include market research, backlog management, and collaboration across teams to deliver timely AI evaluation features. Strong PM background and Agile experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related work experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• 3+ years in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture at a large-scale company.
• 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Responsible AI evaluation framework and the AI transparency and disclosure standard, aligning with business and technical goals.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions based on data analysis and customer feedback.
• Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, manage the product backlog for Agile teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely delivery including Legal and Privacy.
• Monitor product performance and quality in production, address defects, and drive continuous improvement.
• All other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
