Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Acceptable areas: Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Responsible AI evaluation framework and the AI transparency and disclosure standard, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions based on data analysis and feedback, including Responsible AI frameworks and legal requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, manage backlog for Agile development including AI evaluation tests and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate release schedules with Legal, Privacy, and the Applied AI design authority.
• Monitor product performance in production, address defects, and drive continuous improvement; track findings to closure.
• Other duties or projects as assigned by business management.
