T-Mobile USA, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Responsible AI evaluation framework and AI transparency standards, owning vision, strategy, and the end-to-end lifecycle with cross-functional partners.

You will translate strategy into features, manage backlogs for Agile teams, and collaborate with Legal, Privacy and Compliance to ensure timely delivery and measurable success in AI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering or IT.
• 3+ years in a hands-on technical role: production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture.
• 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Responsible AI evaluation framework and program, and the AI transparency and disclosure standard.
• Translate strategy into detailed features and user stories, manage the product backlog for Agile teams.
• Conduct market and customer research to inform product decisions using data and feedback.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy and cross-functional teams to coordinate releases and delivery.
• Monitor production performance, address defects, and close evaluation findings with owners.
• Take on other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
