T-Mobile is looking for a Sr AI Technical Product Manager to lead AI products from concept through beta, GA, and scale in a fast-paced environment. You will own product strategy and delivery for one or more AI capabilities, collaborating with data scientists and cross-functional teams to ensure carrier-grade performance.

In this role you will prioritize features, evaluate results, and drive customer value through innovative AI solutions while aligning with business goals and revenue

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for AI products or capabilities within an assigned area.
• Measures outcomes: adoption, retention, revenue contribution, production quality, and customer experience.
• Manages product lifecycle for complex technical AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Defines success metrics and tracks progress against growth and quality targets.
• Analyzes data, telemetry, and evaluation results; collaborates with data scientists for insights.
• Uses hypothesis-driven testing (A/B, offline eval, etc.) to prioritize investments.
• Secures and maintains product funding through enterprise processes.
• Keeps current with AI trends, agentic systems, evaluation methods, and competitive moves.
• Owns features or improvements to enhance AI product value.
