T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Seattle, WA or Frisco, TX is seeking a Sr AI Technical Product Manager to lead AI product strategy and delivery from concept through GA.

You will drive roadmaps, ensure carrier-grade accuracy and safety, and work with cross-functional teams to launch AI-powered solutions that create new revenue and improve customer experiences. The role requires strong AI evaluation, rapid prototyping, and collaboration across Care, Retail, Marketing, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on technical roles (production code, solution engineering, or architecture).
• 7+ years in Agile software product development with AI/ML focus.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI/ML and LLMs.
• Strong communication and collaboration across leadership, technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned AI products.
• Leads customer discovery, validation, and requirement writing for AI features.
• Drives rapid prototyping, MVP development, and production readiness.
• Ensures product quality, performance, and customer experience in production.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Care, Marketing, and Engineering to launch and scale AI solutions.
