Job summary

Olympic Medical Center seeks a Respiratory Therapy Customer Service Representative to ensure accurate scheduling and patient coordination through EPIC EMR. The position interfaces with providers, community health partners, and state agencies as needed.

The CSR provides administrative support to the Respiratory Therapy Manager and PFT Lab, performing routine receptionist duties and handling documentation, data entry, and communications with patients and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Office management training preferred.
• Knowledge of medical and respiratory therapy terminology preferred.
• Two years’ related receptionist/clerical experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage scheduling using EPIC EMR.
• Interface with community health organizations and state agencies for PFT communication.
• Support Respiratory Therapy Manager and PFT Lab with clerical tasks.
• Handle general office duties: answering calls, data entry, faxing, scanning.
