Responsibilities

• Actively participates in the training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Make outbound phone calls to schedule patients' appointments, including reminder calls.
• Coordinate with Respiratory Therapist about schedules, patients, and any changes.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.
• Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient information in customer accounts and software as deemed necessary.

Job description

This employee serves as a contact between Respiratory Therapists and patients, scheduling appointments, managing cancellations, and working closely with the Respiratory Therapist, finding the best solutions and/or alternatives for all involved.
