Job summary

Olympic Medical Center in Washington’s North Olympic Peninsula seeks a Respiratory Therapy Customer Service Representative. You will manage scheduling, prioritize patients in EPIC EMR, and verify orders align with CMS LCD and OMC guidelines, while interfacing with health organizations as needed.

The CSR supports the Respiratory Therapy Manager and PFT Lab, handling phone inquiries, data entry, and general office tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Two years of receptionist/clerical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience using EPIC EMR is strongly desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and scheduling coordination.
• Prioritize patients in EPIC EMR for scheduling.
• Verify provider orders meet CMS LCD and OMC guidelines.
• Assist with referrals and coordination with PFT Lab teams.
• Perform general clerical duties and data entry.
