Job summary

Olympic Medical Center seeks a Respiratory Therapy Customer Service Representative to prioritize patients, schedule appointments, and verify provider orders within the EMR. The role interfaces with community health organizations to coordinate referrals and support the PFT Lab.

The CSR supports the Respiratory Therapy Manager, handles general office tasks, and helps educate patients with educational materials. Prior experience with EPIC is strongly desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Office management training preferred.
• Knowledge of medical and respiratory therapy terminology preferred.
• Two years’ related receptionist/clerical experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct patient, vendor, and other phone inquiries.
• Data entry and retrieval; faxing and scanning.
