Job summary

Heath Health & Rehab Center in Heath, OH is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will work with the respiratory leadership, physicians, nurses and aides to deliver patient-centered care and implement care plans.

The role offers full-time, part-time or PRN options with 12-hour shifts and a wage of $50.00 per hour. Applicants must hold a current state license and BLS, with a background in EHR navigation and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Respiratory Therapy or graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS and have basic computer skills to navigate electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses, other therapists and nursing assistants.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: Varies, 12-hour shifts
• Wage: $50.00 per hour
