Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for Heath Health & Rehab Center in Heath, OH. This full-/part-time role works in a SNF setting to deliver quality respiratory care on the Respiratory Team.

Shifts vary, typically 12-hour, with wage of $50.00 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, family-like workplace culture focused on patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Ohio.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS certification and have basic computer skills to navigate electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality respiratory care as a member of the SNF Respiratory Team.
• Develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses and other therapists.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to support patient comfort, dignity and exceptional care.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: Varies, 12-hour shifts
• Wage: $50.00 per hour
