Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join the Heath Health & Rehab Center in Heath, OH. As part of the SNF respiratory team, you will develop and follow resident care plans in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and aides to provide comfort, dignity, and high-quality care every day.

We offer 12-hour shifts, full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, plus on-demand or weekly pay, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), life insurance, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RT license in the practicing state.
• Associate's Degree or graduation from an approved respiratory program.
• Current BLS certification and basic computer skills with EHR navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality respiratory care as part of the SNF respiratory team.
• Develop and follow resident care plans with the team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and aides to coordinate care.
• Maintain documentation in the electronic health record.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: Varies, 12-hour shifts
• Wage: $50.00 per hour
