Heath Health & Rehab Center in Heath, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. You will work within the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting to develop and follow resident care plans in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and aides.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in the state.
• Associate’s degree or graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• BLS certification and ability to use electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care as a Respiratory Team member in a SNF setting.
• Develop and follow resident care plans in collaboration with leadership, physicians and staff.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and other therapists to coordinate care.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.




• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.




• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available




• Shifts Needed: Varies, 12-hour shifts




• Wage: $50.00 per hour
