Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team in Heath, Ohio. You will provide respiratory care, develop care plans with the Respiratory Director, physicians, nurses and aides to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities with 12-hour shifts; wage $50.00 per hour. We offer on-demand or weekly pay, generous PTO and benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a stable leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Ohio.
• Must have, at minimum, an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS and have basic computer skills to navigate electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care as a member of the SNF respiratory team.
• Collaborate with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses and aides to follow resident care plans.
• Ensure resident comfort, safety and dignity through quality care.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.

• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.

• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available

• Shifts Needed: Varies, 12-hour shifts

• Wage: $50.00 per hour
