Job summary

Heath Health & Rehab Center in Heath, OH is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide comprehensive respiratory care, contribute to care plans, and work closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

The role offers 12-hour shifts, full-time/part-time/PRN options, and a pay rate of $50.00 per hour. Requires active RT license, Associate's degree or equivalent respiratory program, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RT license in the practicing state.
• Associate's Degree or graduation from an approved respiratory program.
• Current BLS; basic computer skills and EHR navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care as a Respiratory Team member in a SNF setting.
• Develop and follow resident care plans in collaboration with leadership and physicians.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and CNAs to ensure coordinated care.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: Varies, 12-hour shifts
• Wage: $50.00 per hour
