Saber Healthcare Group in Centerburg, Ohio, seeks a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will help develop and follow resident care plans in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses and aides to ensure comfort and quality of life.

Full-time daytime shifts with a pay range of $42.00–$48.00 per hour, plus a robust benefits package, PTO and opportunities for career growth within our organization.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in the state of work.
• Associate degree or graduation from an approved respiratory program.
• BLS certification and ability to navigate EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and follow resident care plans in collaboration with the Respiratory Director, physicians, nurses and aides.
• Provide quality care to SNF residents with a focus on comfort and dignity.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure adherence to care plans.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.
