Job summary

Saber Health Group in Milford, OH is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide quality care, help develop care plans, and support residents with comfort and dignity.

We offer flexible pay options including On-Demand Pay and weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth. Full-time and PRN daytime shifts are available, with a wage of $50 per hour and a $1.50 night differential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Associate degree or graduation from an approved respiratory program.
• Current BLS certification; comfortable with EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality respiratory care to SNF residents.
• Develop and follow resident care plans with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists in patient care.
• Document care accurately in the EHR.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.

• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.

• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time and PRN Opportunities Available

• Shifts Needed:

  • Full-Time: Days

  • PRN: Days and Nights

• Wage: $50.00 per hour

  • $1.50 Shift Differential for Nights
