Job summary

Saber Health Group in Middletown, OH is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team, delivering comfort, dignity and exceptional care to residents.

You will work nights as a PRN opportunity, earning $50.00–$52.00 per hour, with on-demand or weekly pay, solid benefits, 401(k), PTO and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS certification and have basic computer skills to navigate electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting.
• Develop and ensure resident care plans in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses and other therapists.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and aides to implement respiratory therapies and adjust plans as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity and exceptional care throughout shift.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Wage: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
