Job summary

Saber Health Group is currently seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team, delivering quality care and ensuring resident plans are followed in collaboration with the respiratory team, physicians and nursing staff.

The full-time role offers day shifts, a competitive wage of $42.00–$48.00 per hour, and access to robust benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities while supporting patient comfort and dignity in a supportive, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality respiratory care as part of the SNF respiratory team.
• Develop and ensure resident care plans are followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists and nursing assistants.

Position Summary:
