Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will deliver quality care, participate in care planning, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support residents' breathing needs and comfort.

The role offers full-time or part-time options, shifts vary, wage $50.00-$52.00 per hour. We provide comprehensive benefits, PTO, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting.
• Develop and ensure the resident care plan in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses, other therapists, and CNAs.
