Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders across healthcare settings. You will manage ventilators, perform diagnostic tests, and educate patients and families on home care.

Strong collaboration with physicians and nurses is essential for individualized care plans. Qualifications include an accredited Respiratory Therapy degree, active licensure (CRT or RRT preferred), and experience in acute or healthcare

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active Respiratory Therapist license; CRT or RRT certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or acute care is advantageous; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol medications; manage ventilators as needed.
• Provide airway management and assist with intubation when necessary.
• Monitor treatment responses and document progress in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on managing respiratory conditions at home.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and coordinate with the medical team.
