Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to assess and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders in diverse care settings. You will deliver oxygen therapy, manage ventilators, perform PFTs and ABG analyses, and collaborate with physicians to design individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, active RRT or CRT credentials, and a current license, with strong communication and emergency

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Active Respiratory Therapist license (RT) and CRT or RRT certification required.
• New graduates welcome; relevant hospital/acute care exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions using history, exams, and tests.
• Administer oxygen therapy, bronchodilators, and chest physiotherapy as prescribed.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices; adjust settings per patient needs.
• Assist in airway management, including suctioning and tracheostomy care when needed.
• Perform ABG analysis and pulmonary function tests; document findings in EHR.
• Educate patients and families on inhaler use, oxygen therapy, and home care strategies.
