Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our care team. You will assess patients, administer oxygen, manage ventilators, and provide airway support as needed, collaborating with physicians and nurses to implement individualized plans.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation in the EHR, patient education, and rapid response to emergencies, including CPR. Licensed CRT or RRT credentials are required, with preference for experience in acute or long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active Respiratory Therapist license.
• CRT or RRT certification required.
• Experience in healthcare or acute care preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Administer oxygen therapy and bronchodilators.
• Manage ventilators and airway devices.
• Monitor patient progress and document in EHR.
• Educate patients and families on therapy.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies with CPR.
