Lionstone Therapy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders across healthcare settings. You will administer oxygen therapy, manage ventilators, and perform diagnostic tests to guide individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, airway management, monitoring therapy responses, documenting in the EHR, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active Respiratory Therapist license.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol meds, bronchodilators, and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices.
• Provide airway management, including suctioning and intubation assistance as needed.
• Monitor patient responses and document assessments and progress in EHR.
• Educate patients and families on managing respiratory conditions and equipment use.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and coordinate with the medical team.
• Perform pulmonary function testing and ABG analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on care plans.
