Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist for a skilled nursing setting. The RT will evaluate and treat residents independently, progress rehab patients, and manage a range of respiratory interventions.

Responsibilities include bedside therapies, patient documentation, and quarterly in-services for nursing staff. Prior tracheostomy experience and LTC exposure are valued assets.

Competenze

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT.
• Licensed in the practicing state; BLS certification.

Mansioni

• Completes assessments and implements respiratory techniques to progress rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate equipment.
• Complete bedside treatments and in-services for nursing staff quarterly.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly documentation and attend IDT meetings.
• Experience with tracheostomy and long-term care settings.
