UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for night shift coverage. The role involves monitoring patients on mechanical ventilation, providing respiratory support, and assisting with airway management under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate has Critical Care experience, NBRC RRT credentials, and an Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for external hires.

Qualifications

• Critical Care experience and respiratory care skills.
• NBRC RRT credential or eligibility required.
• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care is required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitors and supports patients on mechanical ventilation.
• Provides respiratory support and CPR as needed.
• Assists with intubations and airway management as required.
• Sets up and monitors ventilators and related equipment.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to department protocols.
