UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Night Shift Respiratory Therapist to provide critical patient care on a 12-hour shift, 6:45pm–7:15am, 36 hours weekly, across campuses.

The role requires NBRC RRT credential, MA respiratory license, and a strong background in critical care. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for external hires, with a base hiring range of $39.33–$57.39 per hour, depending on experience and schedule. This position may require cross-campus duties.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Monitor and support patients on mechanical ventilation and provide CPR as needed.
• Assist physicians during intubations and bronchoscopies and related procedures.
• Establish and modify treatment plans per department protocols for bronchodilator therapy and chest physiotherapy.
• Obtain arterial blood gases and perform blood draws for analysis.
• Set up ventilators and oxygen delivery equipment and monitor patients.
• Coordinate and maintain difficult airway carts and participate on code airway team.
• Perform resting and trending pulse oximetry as required.
