UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to support patients on mechanical ventilation and provide critical respiratory care across campus. You will assist during intubations and procedures, establish treatment plans, and monitor oxygen delivery and blood gas samples.

The role requires a MA respiratory license, NBRC RRT credential, and an associate degree. This night-shift position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for external hires and a weekend/holiday rotation.

Competenze

• Critical Care experience required.
• Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required.

Mansioni

• Monitors and supports patients on mechanical ventilation.
• Provides respiratory support and CPR as required.
• Assists physicians during intubations and procedures.
• Establishes treatment plans per department protocols.
• Obtains arterial blood gases and analyzes samples.
