Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for night shift, working 6:45p-7:15a, 36 hours per week across campuses. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for external hires, with hours Monday to Friday and every other weekend.

The role requires an MA respiratory license, NBRC RRT, and an Associate degree. You will monitor ventilated patients and coordinate care with physicians in a large health system.

Qualifications

• Critical Care experience, technical and computer skills.
• Current MA respiratory license and NBRC RRT credential.
• Associate degree or equivalent in Respiratory Care.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supports patients on mechanical ventilation and provides respiratory care.
• Assists physicians during procedures and with airway management.
• Establishes treatment plans and adjusts therapy per department protocols.
• Operates ventilators and monitors oxygen delivery and arterial blood gases.
