Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Respiratory Support Coordinator to deliver comprehensive patient care across home, office, and hospital settings. You will train staff, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure accurate documentation and billing support, while upholding HIPAA and compliance standards.

The role requires evaluating respiratory programs, maintaining equipment knowledge, and coordinating with program managers and operations to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related experience in healthcare operations or equipment maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy or DME services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with respiratory staff to provide equipment instruction, service, and troubleshooting.
• Set up PAP devices with appropriate equipment and communicate instructions clearly.
• Perform follow-ups to ensure optimal care outcomes and escalate urgent needs.
• Maintain documentation, billing and compliance paperwork accurately.
