GlaxoSmithKline seeks a field-based sales professional to lead activities that develop and advance your career within a major healthcare company. You will engage with specialists, understand reimbursement pathways, and drive product education and adoption in designated territories.

The role emphasizes strong communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Payer Relations, and Medical teams, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or 2+ years business-to-business sales.
• Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight or weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific knowledge and customer engagement to specialist customers for a GSK biologic product.
• Understand reimbursement/distribution landscape and refer customers to appropriate resources within GSK guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of severe asthma therapeutic area and communicate insights.
• Deliver product educational programs and in-services to customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for each account (e.g., PCP, Allergists, Pulmonologists, nurses, PAs).
• Build and maintain relationships with Marketing, Payer Relations, Medical, and other GSK functions.
• Manage allocated financial and other resources and provide outstanding customer service.
