Job summary

Quipt Home Medical, Corp in Hazard, KY seeks a Respiratory Clinical Sales Specialist to drive respiratory/ventilation sales, deliver clinical education, and build referral networks with pulmonologists, PCPs, ALS clinics, hospitals, and LTACs.

You will support new and existing business through in-services and training while ensuring smooth setup and ongoing education for referral sources, with timely paperwork and reporting. Strong clinical expertise and sales aptitude are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (A.S.) or higher in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Respiratory Therapy encompassing homecare and hospital experience, with sleep laboratory experience a plus.
• ICU experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT).
• Current state license or appropriate registration required.
• May be required to obtain additional state licensures to expand geographical coverage.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence with excellent driving record.
• A minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the healthcare field or experience selling services is preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, Teams and calendar applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and education to patients to improve quality of life and reduce hospital readmissions.
• Assess new and current accounts to determine referral numbers and projected service usage.
• Present product and clinical information to customers and physicians to increase knowledge on respiratory lines.
• Lead demonstrations of ventilation products and provide support without manufacturer assistance.
• Educate referral sources on the clinical respiratory program and ensure timely paperwork.
• Contribute to development and expansion of the business through in-services and training programs.
• Complete all other requirements related to the sales position.
