Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years in customer service, healthcare, office, or patient support.
• Healthcare/patient services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient journey from referral to order fulfillment and ongoing support.
• Process orders with required documentation, authorizations, and insurance.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams.
• Educate patients on equipment use, therapies, and insurance information.
• Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
• Support market growth through relationship development and service excellence.
